Pop into our Derby trade counter with your original gasket – even if it’s damaged or worn. If you can’t visit in person, just email us a clear photo with some basic dimensions. That’s all we need to get started.
Step 2:
Using specialist software and scanning equipment, we’ll convert your sample or photo into a precise digital cutting file. This means we can recreate the exact size, shape, and hole positions – even if the original is no longer available.
Step 3:
Once the design is complete, we cut your gasket using our in-house machinery, including water jet cutters, slitting machines, and presses up to 60 tonnes. Because we do everything on site, we can offer fast turnaround and complete control over quality.
